I got a present last week, Givenchy's Ange ou Demon Le Secret Elixir, EDP 100ml. Unfortunately two days after I was using it, the sprayer stopped working. I didn't do anything to harm it, and it was a pity cause it was a full bottle. So, as I do not know where they bought my present from, I emailed Givenchy abbout the problem suggesting that I could send them the bottle to find out by themselves what happened and to replace it, luckily. I never got an answer.
So I phoned them. I explained the matter at he man who answered the call, and he put me on hold. After about 8 minutes I was tired to wait and hang off. I thought that they probably tried to get rid off me this way, and not help me. Note that I am a huge Givenchy perfume's fan, I'll find something else to replace them after that behaviour. I called back, and noone answered that time.
It really is disgusting. Three times I tried, I do not want to seem a fool by insisting, as it seems to me they only care to get your money, and not do the best they can for their customers.
